The
phone company rep, cable guy and gym owner walk into a bar….
Who doesn’t like
to make one sale and get paid over and over again?
As a young man,
I even considered a career in insurance because of two magical words- recurring
revenues.
Your insurance
agent gets paid every year for the insurance policy you bought a long time ago.
Sweet for them!
But, do
businesses that feature recurring revenues sell for more money than those who
don’t?
We need to
examine the customer journey and ask ourselves- Is the sale really only made
once?
Recurring
revenue may also mean recurring selling.
