How does one go from selling real estate to selling businesses?

This week I take a few moments to address the questions of a Real Estate Broker who is thinking about offering Business Brokerage services.

I’ve made videos before about how Realtors are NOT Business Brokers and how different businesses are from buildings.

This week I discuss the differences in how these two types of intermediaries do business and approach things.

This viewer is facing a challenge if he wants to do things correctly as the culture and methods of these two types of business are very different.

Also, watch this older video about real estate agents selling businesses and something called the Dunning-Kruger effect. (sounds spooky, right?) Watch: https://youtu.be/s9HkiHiiEB0

[AUDIO] Brainstorming about 'The Opportunity Lab' which I will build in the new house.

I'm getting excited about the bid process on the surplus military houses.  We'll find out in one week if any of my offers were successful.

In anticipation, I've started planning something new and better than an office.

To me an office has been about 'doing work.'  I want a creative place that I can interact with and so the new house will not have an office; I'll be building myself an opportunity lab.
